Baby = Birth Suddenly there are more things to think about.
You are in the right place and I am so glad you have found me. I can help you!
What is hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing uses antenatal education, self-hypnosis, relaxation, massage and breathing techniques to help release any fear or tension you may have around birthing your baby. Discover how the mind and body can work together to help you gain control over your own labour. Find out more here:
Hypnobirthing has the potential to help everyone, regardless of how they are giving birth or their pain management choices. Some people choose to use hypnobirthing techniques right the way through their labour whilst others use them as a way of coping at home in early labour, in the car on the way to hospital or whilst waiting in triage for a labour room. Hypnobirthing is versatile, you can adapt the techniques to find what works for you.

I hope our paths do cross again. You have been such a phenomenal support & fountain of knowledge at such a special time in our lives. Can't thank you enough.

I now feel much more confident about birth & that would not have happened without you. You can tell you care.

I just want to thank you for all the information. I managed to stay at home until I was 6cm & it was the best part of the labour because I felt so calm and in control.
We have genuinely felt more at ease and excited about the birth of our daughter & we really feel you played a crucial part in this! We have become much less apprehensive about the birth.

Joy was a fantastic course leader - she was open, honest and practical and supportive. She made everyone feel included and knew when to give us time to talk amongst ourselves.
I had a birth pool! It was all natural as planned and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. I just wanted to say thank you again for helping us make this choice as I know it made all the difference.
