What we’ll do

Across four sessions, we’ll cover everything you need to feel prepared in a way that is practical, realistic and grounded.

The focus is on understanding, not information overload, so you feel clear about what’s happening, what your options are, and how to make decisions that feel right for you.

What we'll cover

Session 1 – Labour & Birth: What’s Really Going On

How your body works in labour, stages of birth, comfort measures, breathing, movement and hypnobirthing-inspired relaxation.

 

Session 2 – Informed, Confident Choices

Pain relief options, induction, caesarean birth, how to make decisions you feel comfortable with, and how your birth partner can support you.

 

Session 3 –  Life After Birth

Postnatal recovery, realistic expectations, newborn baby care, soothing, communication and safer sleep.

Session 4 – Feeding Your Baby

Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding or both positioning, responsive feeding, expressing and troubleshooting.
