Private 1:1 Antenatal Support
A fully personalised antenatal course designed around your questions, your circumstances and the support you need most.
About this support
This isn't a one-size-fits-all antenatal course. It's dedicated time to focus on your questions, your circumstances and the things that matter most to you.

Whether you're looking for reassurance, want to understand your options in more depth, have previous birth experiences that are influencing how you feel, or simply prefer a more personalised approach, these sessions are designed around you.

Together, we'll explore birth, feeding, newborn care and the early weeks in a way that feels relevant, practical and supportive.

There is no rushing through a set curriculum and no pressure to fit your circumstances into a group discussion. Instead, you'll have the time and space to ask questions, explore your options and prepare for birth with greater clarity and confidence.
What makes this different
Some families love the community and shared learning that comes with a group antenatal course. Others prefer dedicated time and support that is entirely focused on them.
This private course allows us to go deeper into the topics that matter most to you, spend more time exploring your questions and adapt the sessions to your individual circumstances.
It's particularly valuable if you're juggling childcare, have previous birth experiences influencing how you feel, have a more complex situation, or simply prefer a private setting where you can learn at your own pace.
