How Perinatal Anxiety and Trauma Works
When we experience something overwhelming, our brain can stay stuck in “survival mode.” That’s why you might feel constantly on edge, tearful, numb or flooded by memories.
Hypnotherapy and guided relaxation help your nervous system settle. The Three Step Rewind process gently helps your brain reprocess the experience, so the memory loses its emotional charge - without needing to relive it. Together we’ll work towards feeling lighter, calmer and more in control again.

We focus on helping your brain safely reprocess what’s stuck, so the memory no longer carries the same emotional weight or triggers a stress response and you can move forward with calmness and clarity.
