Listening and Debriefing Support

Sometimes the first step is just being heard
After a difficult birth or perinatal experience, many people find themselves replaying it over and over. This isn’t “dwelling” it’s your brain trying to make sense of something hard.

In these sessions, you’ll find:

No re-traumatising, no “just be grateful” talk

​If you’re experiencing flashbacks, anxiety, panic, anger, avoidance or a sense of being stuck in the past, this simple 3-session process may help.
​
What is TBR Three Step Rewind?
It’s a gentle, guided way to release the emotional charge from a traumatic memory so it no longer holds power over your present. You stay in full control. You don’t have to share every detail unless you want to and you’re supported the whole way through.

How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many people notice a shift after just 1 session. You may feel a newfound sense of calm, clarity, and relief a little lighter and more in control than before. But healing is unique to each person, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.


Step 1. A Gentle Introduction to Healing

In our first session, We talk through what’s going on and how it’s affecting you now. You can share your story or not. We focus on how you'd like to feel, and use deep relaxation to start imagining that future. You'll receive a personalised recording to use at home.

Step 2. Rewind: Releasing Emotional Attachments and Shifting Perspective
About a week later, we’ll meet again to build on the progress you’ve made.
We use the ‘rewind’ technique while you’re in a deeply relaxed state. This helps your brain safely reprocess the memory, removing the emotional attachment. ​

Duration: Approximately 60-90 Minutes​


Step 3: Reflecting and Moving Forward with Confidence
​
10 to 14 days later, we’ll meet for a final session to reflect on the transformations you’ve experienced and to see just how far you’ve come.
I’ll guide you through a relaxation exercise designed to help you carry this calm into your daily life, and you’ll receive a personalised recording to use at home, reinforcing your newfound sense of peace.

Support for Perinatal Anxiety
Tools, understanding and space to breathe again
Anxiety in pregnancy or early parenthood is really common but that doesn’t mean you just have to “get on with it.” Whether it’s general anxiety, panic, racing thoughts, perfectionism or just a sense that your brain never switches off, this is a space to unpick it and begin to feel calmer.
In these sessions, we’ll explore:

What’s fuelling the anxiety (thoughts, beliefs, habits or pressures)
-
How to challenge unhelpful patterns compassionately
-
A practical toolkit: breathwork, journaling, relaxation, daily rituals
-
How to make space for peace and calm, even in a busy life
Usually delivered over 3–4 sessions depending on what you need.
Flexible and Accessible Support​

I offer sessions via Zoom, so you can access support from the comfort of your own home, no matter where you are. My goal is to make sure you have the flexibility to heal at your own pace, without any added stress.

You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t have to be falling apart. If something’s not sitting right, let’s talk about it.
