Calm, connection and confidence in every Linlithgow class.
You MIght be Wondering ...
How do I actually feed a newborn?
What if birth doesn’t go to plan?
What’s my partner supposed to do during labour?

All of these questions (and more) are welcome here. This isn’t a lecture - it’s an inclusive, non-judgemental space where your voice matters.
“We were nervous about dedicating time, but after the first session we were excited to come back and learn more.” – Google Review

3 Reasons Parents Choose Birth Prep with Joy
Because you deserve more than a one-size-fits-all antenatal classes
1. Certainty in an uncertain time
I don’t cancel courses due to low numbers even if it’s a smaller group, I’ll run it. Parents often say they love the extra space and personal attention this gives them.

2. More than just information
Small, friendly groups (max 8 couples) mean space for your questions, real conversations, and connections that last.

3. Support that doesn’t stop at birth
I stay in touch after the course finishes - because the early weeks matter just as much as labour.
“The classes are worth every penny - we learned so much and had loads of fun in the process.”
